DOWN TO THE SLAB, RAKED FLAT

This isn't a haul-away — it's a small demolition. The crew brings saws, sawzalls, and pry bars, takes the structure apart in a controlled order, and loads it as it comes down rather than leaving a pile in your yard overnight.

Posts get pulled with their footings when they'll come, and cut flush when they won't. Screws, nails, and joist hangers get picked up off the ground. The footprint should be safe to walk barefoot when we leave.

MOST OF A SHED HAS SOMEWHERE TO GO

Sound lumber, metal roofing, and hardware are all worth recovering. It's the rotten material that has no second life.

Intact deck boards, framing, and panels go to ReStore or straight to someone rebuilding.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Do you tear the shed down, or just haul it away?+
We do the teardown. It's demolition — saws, pry bars, controlled sequence — and the material loads as the structure comes apart.
Will you break up the concrete slab under my shed?+
No. Slab and footing demolition is jackhammer work and a different trade. We take the structure down to the pad and sweep it.
Do you pull the deck posts out of the ground?+
Yes. Posts set in dirt come out whole. Posts set in concrete come out with the footing when the soil allows, and get cut flush at grade when it doesn't.
What if the shed is full of stuff?+
That's normal. We clear the contents first — tell us if anything inside should be set aside instead of hauled.
Can you remove a deck attached to the house?+
Yes. Ledger boards come off carefully and we flag any siding or flashing that will need attention afterward. We don't do the siding repair itself.
How long does a shed teardown take?+
A standard 8x10 shed is usually half a day. Large sheds, decks, and multi-structure jobs run a full day or more.
