We flag anything that looks like paperwork, photos, jewelry, or documents and set it aside for you rather than deciding for you.

Swept, photographed, done

Floors swept, closets emptied, and a photo set of the finished property if you need it for a client or a court file.

A CLEANOUT IS MOSTLY DONATION

Full-property jobs produce more usable goods than anything else we do. Very little of it needs to be buried.

FIRST

Donation

Furniture, clothing, housewares, and working appliances go to local ReStores, thrifts, and shelters. Receipts come back to you.

SECOND

Recycling

Metal, cardboard, electronics, and mattress cores get separated and processed.

LAST

Landfill

Broken, soiled, or unsalvageable material only — and it's a smaller share than most people expect.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Do I have to be there the whole time?+

No. Plenty of clients unlock the door and go to work. We'll send progress photos and call you before anything questionable goes in the truck.

What happens if you find something valuable?+

It gets set aside in a marked box and handed to you, every time. Cash, jewelry, documents, photographs, military records — we've found all of it and none of it has ever left in the truck.

Can you provide documentation for a property file?+

Yes. Before-and-after photo sets and a written scope come standard on foreclosure and eviction jobs, and we can do the same on any cleanout if you ask.

How long does a full house take?+

Most three-bedroom homes are one long day with a two-person crew. Heavier accumulation runs two to three days, and we'll tell you which at the walkthrough.
